I'm pretty sure it's called tracking - when you pace a car with the camera. Anyway take a look. I am looking for suggestions on how I could do this better. Thanks

It is called panning. Your shutter speed is way too slow. When the car isnt that fast, I wouldnt go slower than 1/40. Here is some I did. These were taken about 1/40 with cars going about 25-30 mph.

Also it will help if you set your auto focus to AI Servo (not sure what the NIKON term is).

He's correct, it's called panning. More shots of that yellow beast though???? Thing is sick looking!
