It seems... off balance to me. The horizon seems crooked (I KNOW it's a hill, but if we could see the horizon, I'm pretty sure it would be crooked)

Maybe edit it so that the blacks are deeper?

It may be a little crooked, and I will play with rotating it. I did not edit the blacks because I thought there was already good contrast and wanted to preserve some detail there

Im not sure if I am seeing this right, or if I am wrong excuse me.

But the picture looks a little unclear, like you photoshopped and added noise. There a few scratches or other weird things.

That is because it is a scanned negative. I did not take the time to clone out the dust and stuff because I did not feel that it took away from the shot at all.

I think the scratches in the sky take away a lot...I can live with the grain, but those scratches look like weird white things flying through the sky.
