traditional verses untraditional

when attending weddings or photographing weddings what have you seen more of these days..

brides walking to the traditional "here comes the bride"
or bride walking to a romantic song?

whats your take on walking to untraditional music or do you think its showing who the bride and groom are..

I think the bride at my last wedding was traditional.
But I don't really think it matters. People are starting to realize that tradition doesn't mean better...and that God's not going to strike you down if you pick your own song.

ANd their first dance was In My Life with the Beatles. Which I found to be a nice mixture of tradition and creativity.

You are talking about minor differences. I think photographers these days need to be prepared for everything from the addition of different traditions from other cultures to those couples who try to "rewrite" and "customize" almost the whole wedding ceremony.

well, keep in mind that is not a very old tradition anyway (I guess you are referring to the Bridal Chorus from Lohengrin (by Richard Wagner))

... and it is not at all a tradition in every country on this planet

There are thousands of ways to do a wedding.
