Underexposed. 2nd one is the best.

I see a shadow in #1, perhaps the same settings and a reflector added to the mix may have helped.

Perhaps this lady is blind and wouldn't notice the reflector....but seeing as she wears glasses I bet she would notice a large silver sheet at her feet. This means the photo would no longer be candid

Good Point ^ Although if these were portraits I would use a reflector and most likely a different background.
