I tried it for the first time. I think it is for whose who like abstract photos

I have experimented with ICM a little while back and you can get some very nice abstract effects

It looks like it'd make a nice blurred background if you could pan with a subject.

I shoot ICMs frequently, it can add a surreal effect to an image. IMO ICMs work better when you have a strong defined subject (trees, buildings, etc). Also don't forget to try zooming in/out with a slow shutter.
