Triptych

Hi folks,

Would welcome your thoughts as to whether these three separate images I took work as a tryptic. The idea being that the various stages of smoking a cigarette bind the three photos together.

The binding works for me.
One smoke to rule them all, one smoke to find them, One smoke to bring them all and in the darkness bind them.

Hmm, I would like to see the images in reverse order ... but it would not work with the smoking action.

I think you need more space in between each for it to work as a triptych; a little more separation to give the eyes of the viewer a little space to pause in between. Artwork is often spaced to allow for the eyes to rest in between.

You're quite right. They are a little too cramped. Easy to correct
