A few weeks ago (I think) there was a news about a police car in Illinois stopped on the middle of the highway with the officers away from the car helping a car stuck on the road. Then another car drove down the road, with the driver completely unaware that the police car was there and rear ended it, popping the trunk of the police car sending tons of paper into the air. The video was filmed by someone who just happened to be there with a video camera.
Not sure when it was, not sure which state it took place, just remember it happened at night and it was on the news. I have been looking on both Youtube and Google but haven't gotten any match. Any idea?
