Seems rather flat to me, 'though I do seem some shadow behind her head; what sort of modifier(s) were you using and what was your set up?

Next week I will be getting a softbox or umbrella not sure which yet. This is just a basic bounce with a reflector.

Further from the background by 2 or 3 feet will sort out the shadow... but not the crossed eyes. Looks like you'll be having fun when your new equipment arrives.
