the quality of your photos is okay but the framing leaves a lot to be desired. many of these images are chopped off in unpleasing ways.

thank you for the input,i really appreciate it,I just wanna get better at taking photographs, its a hobby that i really love

Try getting the whole car in the pic. If you want to take a pic of just the hood, for example like pic three, try to center the car in the image. For a detail shot like of a wheel try to get a little closer to the wheel.

I hate those arrogant seeming, looking down on people, up the nostrils, gangster type headshot poses, like your avatar.

Good luck with your photography.

i'm far from arrogant or gangster though, lol. i'm a laid back kinda guy but thanks for wishing me luck with my photography. Funny we have the same name though, and your beginners blog was nice too

I love that gullwing Merc but whoever decided that powder blue was a good color should be slapped upside the head. The Duc would have been a good shot were in not for the top of the windscreen being slightly cut off (you needed more headroom above the bike) and the Mercedes and people behind it. Those bikes are works of art in themselves but what the heck was it doing at a car show?

What an ass. It is not even a photo he posted on a thread.

What the heck provoked this?

Separate your photos a little and number them. It makes it easier for people to reference a certain picture.

Pretty hard to get good shots of vehicles when it's so crowded, I see why you cropped so tight. Lots of people makes for busy backgrounds.

Good luck with your photography!

it was my first time posting photos so i really didnt know how to separate them honestly, it was hard taking shots there because it was really crowded, those are just a few from there, the whole gallery is in my flickr album but it woulda took forever to show each and every one,so i figured i would just post a few. As far as KmH comments go I took it as a joke honestly. No harm no foul. He's helped me out on here before even if he doesnt remember. Everyone's input is greatly appreciated. thanks again:thumbup:

Wow, what an ass. I hate those arrogant morons who judge people before they know them. Who cares what he has as an avatar.

i've never seen a single good photo from an auto show...

I think they are out there, just hard to come by because of the environment but I need to get my skills up before i'm able to say anything thats credible. Any convention is hard to get good photos I think

I would possibly get a polarizing filter so you can reduce the glare. That will help your photos a lot, i believe. You and I are in the same boat. I love automotive photography and am gathering equipment to get better at it. Maybe we can help each other out.
