Thanks,no as rob pointed out Chickadee size tiny little birds,but if they get used to people around and there is a food source they will land very close.I herd of people getting them to land right in there hand for like sunflower seeds. A chickadee almost landed on my head, but then skimmed off my hoodie. Only if all birds where like this.it would be great.
