Tulips in March

I have to keep running to the calendar and checking over and over -- yep, it's the 3rd week of March. Our tulips however think it's the 2nd week of April and they're in full bloom. The Botanical Gardens here in St. Louis has a yearly tulip festival scheduled for mid April, oops! Here's one from today as I was out for a walk. It clouded over this afternoon and rain is coming -- nice light for white flowers.
