Two old rusty excavators. Guess they have moved their last yards of earth.
Used to call those Draglines in our part of the world. They were incredibly slow but in the hands of a good operator they did a great job cutting drainage ditches
Nearest one is a dragline (looks like a Northwestern), the farther one is an excavator proper, looks like a Bucyrus-Erie.

I think that's one of the very few non-hydraulic excavators (as in, with the bucket facing the cab),vice the power shovel which had the shovel facing away from the cab.@tirediron good eye on the back one, didn't see it. Wasn't that what was referred to as a Power Shovel?
