Can others edit my Photos
Photos OK to edit
Hi all,

I finally got out yesterday to shoot some photos with my new Rebel T5i that I borrowed from my school library  It was freezing cold, but definitely refreshing to get out shooting for the first time in months. I was hoping for some feedback for these two b&w conversions of the Seattle Public Library. I shot these images using RAW and first attempted to convert via Camera Raw, but I seemed to get better results converting via Lightroom.

Hoping for some feedback -- I didn't take too long to edit these (pros of b&w!) besides adjusting contrast and exposure.

thanks!

second one works nicely.
Abstract lines, alternate pattern give impression of mixture of texture. i like

2nd one is excellent, with strong lines, contrasts and great depth and perspective.

Yeah, as the other's have already said that 2nd one nails it. Very cool pictures.

I gotta say, I'm not with the others on this one. I prefer the first one. It feels more balanced to me with respect to the tones, and the composition feels much more geometrically balanced, as well. Overall, I think it's more aesthetically pleasing. But, that's only one man's opinion, yours may differ.

The first one is my favorite as well. Very striking. Great shots!
