Clone out the wires & telephone pole in #1 and it's not bad. The white balance is a bit screwy though.. her arms and face look a little on the green side and what color is her shirt supposed to be? The space on the left side of the tree doesn't really need to be there either.

Not liking the second one.. it's too busy and the tilt (which rarely works) doesn't make the photo better.

I'm pretty harsh when it comes to critiquing so please excuse me but they are absolutely terrible. It is apparent that you have no knowledge of controlling your light or have respect for yourself with your photography skills straight off the camera.

Now in order to make your photos better, the first thing I would recommend is to stop using photoshop if you are, the first one is pretty edited and looks bad. Also there are too many distracting elements in this photo.

The second one is better however I can tell you used on-camera flash. Either use it off-camera or use ambient lighting. Also I would have cropped it tighter and used a telephoto to get less DOF between the subject and the background.

Keep shooting, you'll get it.

Skin tones are way off in the first one, and it is too evenly lit. And the pose makes her look like she has a huge waist on her right and none on the left. I have to agree that there is too much tilt in the 2nd photo.
