I'd like the first one better without the motorcycle. On the second, perhaps bring out the texture in the bricks a bit more??

I'll try, but I was wide aperture, I think it's definitely out of focus.

Fan of the second image more than the first, but don't like the dead-center composition. I would try cropping this to put her on the left third & slightly low, and maybe clone out the sign on the gate to her left. Or crop her to the right, and get that cool streetlamp. I guess that would create negative space (hope I got that right) something for her to be moving into or out of.
