Two of my daughter

The only editing done to either of these is color boost and the edging. I took them for our family christmas card.

I know her face is OOF in the second one, she was being a twerp and wouldn't hold still - she wanted the camera! I love how she looks like an elf though lol, and any other CC is welcome

Faster shutter speed is needed to prevent the motion blur.

Seriously.... redo. If you arent sure what to do, turn it to auto (green box), I am sure it will take better picture than that.

Pretty sure I was in auto

I know I shouldn't have been, but I had a short amount of time before she completely went into a meltdown, since it was close to nap time. That happened about 2 minutes after I took these lol. Main problem was that I was in such a rush. I'll slow down in the future, and make sure that I give myself a little more time lol.

Unless you write that on the card, the people who will be getting the card won't know that.... they'll just see an out of focus Christmas card.

You certainly have a cute daughter, I can't take that away from you, but I think the adornment you hold to her is over shadowing the fact that those are simply bad pictures. I'd reshoot.
