I kind of like the colour of the fence against the sky at the bottom of the second one, but I don't like the clouds at the top. It weakens what could be a strong popping picture.

I don't "get" the first one, I'm afraid. The tree (bush?) is lacking detail as it's quite dark in places and seems a bit off-focus, and the sky doesn't have anything to draw the eye in either.

What were you going for with these?
