at the parking lot at the office, they had the handicapped spaces taped off so they could 'fix' them...we came in on tuesday and i noticed they finished the spots.

i found this spot particularly amusing....it seems a bit conflicted to me.

looks like youre getting a ticket no matter what your condition

this might serve well as one of those "it's a trap!" images.

if anyone knows what the scoop is on a spot like this, i'd be curious to know...only thing i can think of is that maybe it;s not a PARKING space so much as it is an unloading space...like for a van with a ramp?...
enlighten me.

You're right it so that the handicap vans can use there lifts.

yes it is a design for the spaces next to it so a van can use its lift gates. very common these days.....

I think what he is saying is why the handicap parking sign in an area meant for the van lifts. You usually don't see the parking sign in an area that already has the space lined off like in the picture. I think it is funny.:mrgreen:
