Ultra-wide swamp scenes (4k resolution)

Voigtlander Hyper-Heliar 10 mm. f/5.6 (here at f/11 or more) on sony A7r, without cropping.
PP with DXO.
4k clicking on image (I like to see my images at this resolution, then I prepare them so).

Best one (or less bad)?

I rather enjoy the first one. The second one doesn't do anything for me. I think the border in the first image doesn't really benefit the image at all, but I'm not sure it's a distraction, either. I guess I'm indifferent about the border. I do like the processing in the first image and the drooping branches help the composition, I think, to bring your eye to the far end of the swamp.
