Is it art? It must be 'cause there's no people, animals, skyline, or historic depictions. I like the different viewpoint you capture in this image.

Is it art? Only if the row of bolts runs from left to right. LOL All kidding aside it's an interesting view, that makes you stop and take it in, if for nothing more then curiosity. Using the definition of Visual Art as a visual object or experience consciously created through an expression of skill or imagination, IMO puts this one in the Art category.
