I'm not sure which crop is better:
Comment and critiques are welcome as always.
I like 1a...maybe come in a bit tighter on the left but that would be it for me.
1b would be lovely if her hand wasn't there.
Yeah, my thought exactly, looks like I have to mask the bleeding hair to get rid of the hand. Ouch.
I would just crop her arm into it.
crop the left side of the picture out of it.
i think the whites of her eyes are too white. maybe its just me?
I think it's much more flattering with her hair down...
I like these portraits. I think your lighting is perfect and you had a cute girl for your model.
1A or 1C. I like the full view, but if you were looking to crop it, then 1C's crop is the way i like it. Close, tight, and very clear.
Thanks, I will see how that looks.
It probably is, but we wanted some variety.
Thanks for the input!
It's probably just the size compression, you can still see the veins in most of them.
Thanks, I'm still trying to get more control of lighting and focus on getting the right pose and expression. She is lovely to work with, especially for someone who is inexperienced like me.
Thanks, I agree with you, the hand must go.
does anyone smile anymore?
