I recently got an Epson CX6000 printe/scanner/copier and it came with a built in reader, it is pretty quick, much faster than the clunky cables which I always seemed to lose, and the whole deal ran for about 100 dollars I think.

My gf's uncle had a card reader / hard drive. He bought it in Korea but I haven't seen any here in the states. He'd take it around with him, and when his CF card was full he'd just pop it into the portable USB drive/card reader and upload all the pics into that. Anyone seen anything like this?

I have this Compact Flash reader. I can transfer 300+ files from my XTi's card in a minute or 2 if that. I do have a pretty fast computer though.
