This is a cute gimmicky image, but I don't think it works. It's just a gimmick. The dude looks pretty cool, though.

The lowered contrast, raised black level, whatever it is you did in post to get that grey look, ugh. I dislike it a lot!

I'm going to guess a change in the offset slider under exposure adjustment.
