A bit of experimental stuff I've been doing - still wondering whether I should take an abstract direction, or a more conventional direction with this subject material. Nothing particularly special here, just an example of the direction I seem to be going at the moment.

Slap, why limit yourself?

Do everything!

The line, shape, and tonal range in your first really appeal to me. I would love to have shot this also.

The humour in the third is wonderful, as is its technical competence.

The curving lines in #5 are great. My eye wants to stop at the object in between the rails, but because it's dark, my eye slides off. If that is to be the focal point/subject of the image, as I'd guess it to be, dodging it a bit would help. Our eyes are naturally drawn to light, and that would help it be the focal point.
