Urban Old Town Photography - CC please!

Hey guys, kind of an overcast day and had nothing to do before heading home. Perfect opportunity to take some pics, and try shooting in overcast conditions.

Big thing here is to watch your exposures. There really is no good way to take a picture like 1 or 4 when you're fighting a dark alley and bright sky. The only chance you have is either to wait until the sun is overhead, or do a series of exposures for an HDR. Do you live on Vancouver Island or were you visiting?
