Vacation photo c&c please

Here is a shot that I really liked from our vascation. I liked the contrast between the bird and the dark water with the ripples and reflection. What do you all think?

It's very good. Good color, clarity, focus. Almost looks fake. What hurts for me is it doesn't seem to have a face.
