Against my better judgement ( you know-spiders and such), we took a family trip to Florida. We did have fun and I insisted on a day at Lake Woodruff for photography. The downfall of the trip was an uncomfortable bed at the trailer we borrowed and the 6 foot snake that apparently lived in the shed!

#1. The black vultures were constantly hanging around the gator. He never moved. Good thing since I only had my 250mm.

#5. I had a good opportunity to get him in flight but I botched it. Too much going from landscape, still birds, and BIF. SS was too low.

They like to do impressions of politicians that think they know what's best for everyone.

@Winona Nice set, I like them all but #3 is my favorite. Glad you had fun here and everyone has to see it at least once, especially the Everglades.
