Very random pics I've taken...critique me :)

Random stuff...SO desperate for this weekend so I'll have people to take real pics of! Anyway, here are a few shots I took opinions please!


1. I know the saturation is very high, but I love it in this picture...

2. The sky, obviously

3. Friend's little boy

4. Roses my hubby got me...one is kindof sick lol.

5. In the woods...yes it could be better

6. At night...I've come to find night pictures are hard to take...any advice besides I need a tripod?

Really like the two final pics, but wish that 3rd Jeep's door was closed; wouldn't change a thing on the final pic. I think the first pic has potential, but my eye is torn between the building and the child; I'm not clear on the subject.

Thanks! Yeah, I definately wish the door was closed on the jeep it has bugged me too!! I haven't realized that in the first pic, thanks for pointing it out, maybe I can crop it to make her the focal point. On here it looks like there is more ground in it than on my photo shop for some reason...? Thanks for the reply!

FWIW, it's better to just post one or two photos at a time if you're looking for some good input, that way you can explain what you wanted to achieve with the image(s) as opposed to just posting "random pics"

No problem, and yes, I tripod is a good investment (unless you're Ken Rockwell, who needs tripods when you have VR!)
