Second one of the year, "official portrait" style this time... a little tougher as there wasn't room for a hairlight (the ceiling was literally at the top of the frame). As usual, comments, critique & suggestions appreciated.

Thanks man! The hairligh wasn't critical; I was able to pull enough detail out of the shadow that it works.
