This is what I spent many years playing for. Canon 5D mk III with an 85mm f/1.8 and extension tubes. Shot on a mirror inside of a light tent using a flashpoint 360 and AD200 as lighting sources. 14 images focused stacked in PS.

Looks good. The use of focus stacking has allowed you to make what used to be a virtually impossible to take photo without a view camera and movements.
