Video reccomendation

I am fairly new to flash photography and am curious if anyone knows of some really good flash how to dvds. I have a 430ex ii and 580ex ii if it helps any. Let me know of any videos preferred or really good books thanks.

There's a Strobist DVD that is basically his lighting seminar. It would be more benficial.

The Zack Arias One Light DVD is a very good instruction video as well.
