I recently came back to Ketchikan Alaska for the Summer. I'm not much of a landscape photographer, but I like this shot that I captured from a recent hike. Couldn't tell you the name of the mountain range; all I know is that it's on Revillagigedo Island near Ketchikan.

Thats a beautiful shot. That is a beautiful mountain range.

Dan, this is a nice shot. I have had the good fortune to visit Alaska in the past year and it is great country for landscape photography.

My only comment would be to try and lighten up the image a bit to bring out some of the detail in the trees below the snowline in the mountains and the right foreground.

Agreed, that mid-ground is too much of an image killing blotch.
