Thats a great view. Where do you live? The architecture looks British.

As it stands right now, it looks like a snapshot.
I would reshoot at a different time. Plant your self an hour before sunset and/or sunrise and snap away for the next hour and a half. You will be amazed how many different looks you will get. If you are going to include the sky, try to get a interesting sky that complements the town. Maybe wait for a sky just after rain. And level of the horizon in photoshop when you are

Im from scotland,I didn't really plan this shot i was just playing around with my camera settings (trying to learn)I didnt even have a tripod set up i was using a loaf of bread to steady the camera.I love the idea of shooting after rain i'll have to try that today.thanks for the tips.
