We started shooting yesterday but baby was absolutely not having it.. I literally only snapped like 10 shots in an hour or so time because she was just in a feed feed feed and pee poop mood lol and so we called it quits for the day and I came back to try again. GREAT CALL. She was just as sweet and sleepy as could be today!

I don't know anything about newborn photography.

I just wanted to once again say, what a huge improvement (I think it was you I said this to last time, haha) you have made since I last really checked out your work.

Thanks! I am loving the newborns. I had 3 in about a weeks time and they are great to shoot. I like how relaxed and laid back it is shooting them. I get to take my time and it never feels truly rushed like with small mobile children.

I don't know anything about newborn photography.

I know enough to make a run for it when they start massing for an attack, other than that - eh, not so much really. That's why I just went with "peep". Lol

Looks just a slight bit awkward to me, maybe the way the arms are positioned with one hand curled by/under the cheek and the other bent so the back of the hand is down on the blanket. It's my background in early intervention, I want to reach out and adjust the position just a little, so the head's not bent upwards quite so much to keep the head, neck and trunk aligned - occupational hazard. At least you don't have the baby posed in some of the ways I've seen online! whew, thank you for that!

It's a lovely photo of the baby, nice balance to the composition, the background works well and helps make for a sweet photo.
