Well....I like your photo. I suppose I could provide a little cc since you ask, and I feel I learn more from CC other folks photos than looking at my own:

I'm not sure about a few elements. I suppose I don't find the photo extremely interesting, since he doesn't seem to extremely interested in his playing! As a matter of fact, I don't think he's interesting really at all. Not that all photos need "energy", but this guy seems to lack even a small degree of energy that I would like to see. Or any emotion really. He seems to be bored, looking at, what I assume, is the conductor. But it's really the shoulder (?) or whatever it is in the lower right corner that is a distraction. Thanks for letting me critique!

Good post-production in the few key elements that make up the essence of the shot...the hand is very bright, and commands the eye to look at it. The bow string is bright...there's a subtle highlight on the tip of the nose, a very small but useful highlight on the top of his right ear. If I have a small nit to pick it would be that whatever is in the lower right corner interferes subtly with the portrayal of the violinist. Overall I think it is a well-conceived and well-executed photo.
