Spent last Friday hiking all over Virginia International Raceway shoot pics during the Ultimate Track Car Challenge, and during some of the NASA races.

I've seen other photogs shoot thru trees while panning, while my efforts didn't turn out an image I was hoping for I can always try again.

This Lamboghini Super Trofeo was doing work, sounds like that of a symphony. . . (drool)

Mine friend had the fastest miata out there that day (green one).

I'll be down on Aug 9-10-10 for the Chumpcar 24 hour. I'm going to be spotting for a team, so hopefully I can get into some good locations.

Now that you mention it, I'm not even sure where the spotters usually stay. . . that's a pretty big track too!
