Wacom in Japan

Hello,

I am about to visit Japan soon. Anyone here from Japan or been to Japan before and know the price of Wacom Intuos Pro Medium. Here is about $350. Not sure if it is worth it to buy from Japan.

For the one that using Wacom for photoshop, is medium size good enough?

I guess I will do small as 98% of pp advised to get small size.
