I don't know. I have some shots like this and some work, some don't, and I'm not sure I know why. What strikes me about this is that the high contrast I don't think works to create the mood you want, and also that the low angle doesn't really work - I couldn't tell there were four chairs at first. The other effect of the angle is that the chairs and table fill the frame less than they would if shot from a little higher. Not filling the frame isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I don't know that having more of the window/wall really helps. It could be these are very subjective kinds of images and we would all do them differently - just my two cents ...

I can't change the rotation aspect as the chairs and table were sitting on sloped ground. This is the original edit. I bumped the contrast last night just ...because.

I like the mood of your picture and the chairs seem like very interesting photo subject with this wire mesh back rests. I think that just this if anything, makes this take. Placing camera higher wouldn't catch it. I am thinking; did you take just ONE shot of this situation ? The only thing I mind in this frame is the black strip at the left edge, is not adding anything, it is just a foreign object which is roughing the mood or is spoiling the clean lines of the composition. Now, did you take any other shots of this set up ? Ken is right, placing camera a bit higher would give better feel of the three-dimensionality of your subject, especially the table.

I just made the one shot. I was shooting a wedding and had a bit of a break while they got grandma into the chapel...I took three or four shots of the surrounding buildings to get my mind off the zoo taking place with the family. I did this as a favor to a friend and it is absolutely the last one I'll ever shoot. I quit doing them 20 plus years ago because of all the crap...sheese!
