Thank you so much!! I'm so glad I grabbed my a6000 on the way out the door that night. I took this one using the flip screen while walking down the street toward her.

I'm not as brave as all that. I was pretty far away when I took the shot, and continued walking as I aimed via the tilt screen, with the lens extended to its maximum 50mm. (With my d5100 I could use the articulating screen to face 90 degrees from my subject, but the a6000's only tilts.) I wouldn't want to startle the woman with or without pepper spray, but to be honest, my wife called my attention to her silhouette as we were walking, so I must have felt I (sort of ) had permission to take it. Here's the original, for cropping comparison.
