Nice photo. Maybe darken the wall on the right a bit, seems to pull my eyes to that instead of the alley or walkway.

This one's a nice holiday photo.
Where are all the people? Was it the time of the siesta?
Exposure looks difficult, with hard sunlight and deep shadows. You did well under the circumstances, but like Geronimo says: you might want to darken that right wall just a bit?
