Going by the cars in the parking lot, I would say it was before digital.

Actually can't identify cars, but just going by their body styles. And proportion of a couple cars.

What it needs is horizontal perspective correction in Photoshop. It is straight, but distorted from a wide angle lens shooting the hallway at an angle. Next time I work on my slides I'll fix it and post it. Thanks for the comment.

I corrected some of the horizontal perspective distortion. I couldn't get all of it without losing a lot of content. I also brightened it up. Hopefully that addressed everyone's suggestions.
