Want to Buy a D300 and/or Grip

I'm wanting to upgrade from my D80. I was working with a guy selling his for $1,200. I know, great price but he had more money than most and was upgrading to the D700 but he is going to stick with the 300. If anyone knows someone who just wants to get rid of theirs or you do, please let me know. I would only need the body. The grip would be a nice addition and I'd pay extra for that.
