WANTED: Background stand

I am the student president of our high schools FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America) organization. We are doing a fundraiser. Its a video yearbook and we are in need of a VERY CHEAP photography background stand to conduct interviews with the students.

If anyone has one, please let me know.

Or if you know how I can make one from supplies at a hardware store, let me know.

I use a big stick and two music stands. Works like a charm if they are the kind of stands that go that high.

Also, you should be able to find or rent a boom stand from somewhere.
