Wanted to share a colorful Sunrise

Like the colors, but might be a little dark. Thoughts?

I'm thinking that's a bee-YOU-tiful shot!! Incredible colour in the sky, and the far-off sunlit snowcapped mountain just makes the incredible view even nicer.

My goal is to eventually sell matted prints to galleries and touristy shops here in the area - - do you think this is an okay shot to start with? I'm finding that some of my photos I really enjoy, but wouldn't want to buy it and hang on my wall. Others are great shots that have great pieces of them, but as a whole would be amateurish to try and sell. Is this something you would by (if you were looking to buy)?

Absolutely. The colours and the composition are great...and it doesn't look too dark on my monitor, so I think you got it just right. The only thing that might be an issue when printed is there appears to be a white halo running along the red ridge as if it's oversharpened. A test print might reveal that this is not an issue.

Saturday March 10 is when I took it. So, not last saturday but the saturday before.

Seale, which red has the halo? I can't see it on my monitor unless I'm just missing it. Is it the red rock or red clouds?

And the entire range has a bit of a halo, even at this small size ... that might get more pronounced when you enlarge the photo.
