"Warming" a photo

Any way to warm a photo taken in brutal 5 in the afternoon sun?
I'll take c&c on the photo as well...

Photoshop has a 'warming' filter in the 'photo filter' menu.

You could adjust the WB, if shot in RAW.

When shooting in this situation, you could use a warming filter or just adjust your WB.

I tried messing w/the WB but it really seemed "brown or blue" the photo up...I give PS a shot.
