Water Pipe - Very Interesting

The image has blown out highlights and is too busy. I would have used a larger aperture and exposed it a stop down.

It is interesting in that most water pipes are underground and this one is not only above but waterless...

It is the pipe that allows for the air conditioner to drain extra fluids (I assume it's water) there is no water because we were running the heater so the air conditioner had nothing to drain ;)

But wow I expected criticism (it is an amateur phote after all) I can even agree with the busy background, but gosh not one good comment?

We are not here to pat each other on the back. We are here to exchange honest opinions and view points.

We all have taken pics that look great to us, but are really bad.

Your photo is over exposed. Has no solid composition. Is overly busy with weeds. And there is really nothing interesting in it.

What makes a great photo is you make people want to look at it. There have been many photos posted on here that I have looked up 30+ times to look at. Just because I need to see it again.

No offense, but I have no urge to look at your photo again.

Just like many people have no interest in looking at many of my photos again.

It's nothing personal. I personally like the fact that people here are so honest. Friends and family will tell me all day long how "great" my photos are. The truth is held here. Where professional and serious hobby photographers tell it like it is.

That is the only way we can get better.

What is good, your looking at your world in greater detail.

I was thinking of a different type of water pipe. :( Disappointed.
