This formation is probably 3 stories tall. I am pressed up against an even larger formation that rises another couple of stories above me..

Fill flash is used to illuminate the "man-hole" where the sun never shines...

If you continue hiking down to the green off to the right of the photo, you end up in a small clearing about 500 sq ft. in size with no way in or out except here, or straight up

Neat shot - I like it, not only because of the coloring, but because it can be perceived as either huge or small depending on how one's eye sees it.
