Did you code this yourself or was it a template? Anyways , i like the background but the menu coloring is very bad in my opinion, i personally would have use a gray.

There is allot coding you could add to improve your menu and add a nice flash feel to it without using flash. Like when you mouse over a different color flashes or something along those lines. There's tons of premade CSS code out there you could just copy and paste, if you know how to work with html.
