The hand on the shoulder looks a bit creepy cause it is come from outside of the frame.

Yes completely agree....the hand looks out of place like it is coming out of nowhere! Maybe on the other shoulder would have been better?

In the lap would have been better, where you could see part of it and the extension from the elbow.
