I cant tell if the scan came out ok on this..my screen is showing some noise...but the slide is crystal clear, either its my monitor or the scan...

sorry for taking so long to respond, I think the red is mostly because of the way they scaned my slides to put onto a cd..i dont own a scanner so rely on this type of transfer. I do use photoshop but didnt add any red. I mostly just use it for cropping and posting.
